Responsible for the overall management of the staff and all areas including most of the firm's marketing, sales functions and day to day operations of the business. He has a strong focus on the delivering of service to the customer and identifies ways and means in order to exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities include the compilation and presentation of monthly management accounts, preparation of annual financial statements and supporting information for use during the external audit, liaison with Auditors, contracts analysis and follow ups, compilation of rolling estimates and the Annual Budget, general accounting, financial and stores issues.

Contracting Department Manager

Responsible for the management of the contracting department within the company. Oversees tender enquiries, quotations for specialized air conditioning systems including close control Units, VRFs, chillers etc..

Ing. Robert Refalo

Servicing Manager

Responsible for managing the HVAC and plant service department, managing and co-ordinating foreign ordering (Air-conditioning units and accessories), overviewing the white goods service department. His main task is to enhance current level of service on offer by the company, listing and identifying potential clients, handling of customer complaints within the department to the satisfaction of both parties, negotiating with foreign suppliers. He also oversees purchasing function to ensure that efficient levels of stocks being maintained, and that there is no overstocking or stock outs.

Sales Manager – Titan Industrial Supplies

Responsible for the importation, distribution & retailing of industrial supplies, materials and machines. He also takes care of quotations, and oversees the day-to-day running of the Titan Industrial Supplies showroom.

Lifts Manager

Responsible for the overall view of the department including quotations, budgetary estimates, traffic analysis, construction requirements and preparatory works. He also takes care of installation and maintenance management as well as the lift refurbishments.

Mr. Roderick Spiteri

Sales Manager - Zanussi Centre

Responsible for quotations for ZANUSSI Domestic Appliances and Hitachi TVs. Also oversees the day to day running of the showroom.
